Hello, Raiders!
This update brings a lot of internal engine changes to optimize the performance in lower-end devices, alongside some small combat UI improvements, while we are focusing on big upcoming changes behind the scenes.
New
- Added a small popup when clicking on your opponent’s avatar to see their name, level, and trophies.
Changes
- [MOBILE] Improved the UX of equipping spells.
- Changed several visuals and UI elements of PvP matches.
- Unified arena and raid ranking screens into a single one.
- Status Effects lost no longer appear as floating texts during gameplay. This can be changed back manually via a setting.
- The stats gained by a hero after equipping an Item no longer appear as floating texts.
- Matches now always take place on the map the player is currently in inside the Progression.
Fixes
- [MOBILE] Fixed some matches between 1500 and 1800 Trophies being invalidated by the server.
- Fixed the issue that sometimes left the game stuck in the loading screen when loading Home.
- Fixed the last step of the tutorial not appearing (in which you learn how to change the heroes in your team).
- Fixed the floating texts sometimes appearing instantly big for a frame before doing their usual animation.
- Fixed the enemy-chosen item animation appearing over the Hero Overview UI.
- Fixed Reef and Slothy & Quickens having certain visual effects like Fortify with the wrong size when attached to them.
- Fixed the target selector visuals not playing the correct animation when confirming a target.
- Fixed maps not playing music, carrying on the song from Home (and no music in the first tutorial match).
- Fixed an achievement giving an incorrect amount of Rune Stones.
